What we receive when you email us or book a call.

Who we are
ZYNUAI is a brand of Finelga, UAB (company code 302914563), which runs this site. Questions about your data go to hello@zynuai.com. We work remotely across the EU.
If you email us, we use your address and message to reply. If we work together, we use them to do that work. We never add you to a mailing list.
Booking a call
The booking button opens a calendar hosted by Cal.com. Cal.com processes what you enter there under its own privacy policy. We receive the booking so we can hold the call.
What this site does not do
This site has no accounts, no payments and no cookies. We never sell personal data.
Visitor statistics
We count visits with Umami. It sets no cookies and does not store your IP address or anything else that identifies you. It records which page was opened, the site you came from, your country, browser and device type, and clicks on the booking and email links. We only see totals. The data is stored in the EU.
How long we keep it
We keep email and booking details for as long as we need them to answer you or to do the work you asked for, then we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to hello@zynuai.com. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
