Questions

How do you know an AI feature works before it goes live?

We measure it. Before launch we build a set of real examples with known answers and score the model against them. The same checks run after every prompt or model change. Simple rules handle what they can, so the model only sees what needs it.

Which AI models do you work with?

All the major ones: Claude, OpenAI GPT (the models behind ChatGPT), Google Gemini and xAI Grok. We pick per task, based on accuracy, speed and budget: a fast, cheap model for the first pass and a stronger one where quality matters more. Because every step has its own evals, switching provider later is a measured change.

Does it work in Lithuanian and Polish?

Yes. We have built Lithuanian-language voice agents and LLM pipelines that filter Lithuanian and Polish business news, with prompts and test sets written for each language.

Who has the final say?

Your people. AI researches, sorts and drafts. Anything important is approved by a person before it reaches a customer or your database.

Who owns the prompts and code?

You do. Everything lives in your repositories and runs on your own API keys, with documentation for your engineers. No platform fees.
